These Booking Terms & Conditions form the agreement between AGT Group LLC and the traveler. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment

1.1 Deposits

A non-refundable deposit (usually 20–30% of the tour price unless otherwise stated) is required at the time of booking. The booking is confirmed once we issue a written confirmation.

1.2 Final Payment

Full payment must be made no later than 30 days before the tour start date. For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, full payment is required immediately.

1.3 Failure to Pay

Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

2. Pricing & Inclusions

2.1 Price Validity

All prices are quoted in USD and are valid at the time of publication. Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, supplier changes, taxes, or unforeseen circumstances.

2.2 What’s Included

Each tour’s inclusions are listed clearly in the itinerary and may include:

Accommodation

Transportation

Guided activities

Entrance fees

Meals as specified

2.3 What’s Not Included

Unless stated otherwise:

International flights

Travel insurance

Visa fees

Optional activities

Personal expenses

Tips

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Traveler Cancellation

If you cancel your booking:

More than 60 days before departure: deposit retained

30–60 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost

Less than 30 days: 100% of the tour cost (no refund)

3.2 Company Cancellation

We may cancel a tour due to:

Force majeure (weather, political instability, natural disasters)

Low participant numbers

Safety concerns

Supplier failure

If we cancel, you will receive either:

A full refund, or

The option to transfer to another tour (subject to availability)

We are not responsible for incidental expenses such as flights, visas, or insurance.

4. Changes & Amendments

4.1 Traveler Requests

Changes requested by you (dates, guest names, itinerary adjustments) are subject to availability and may incur extra costs.

4.2 Company Changes

We may modify itineraries when necessary for safety, weather, operational reasons, or local regulations. We will always aim to provide equivalent or better alternatives.

5. Travel Documents & Requirements

5.1 Visas & Passports

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid:

Passport

Visas

Vaccinations

Permits required for the trip

5.2 Health Requirements

You must inform us of any medical conditions or mobility issues before booking. We may decline participation if safety could be compromised.

6. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be mandatory on certain tours. It should cover:

Trip cancellation

Medical emergencies

Evacuation

Baggage loss

Personal liability

You are responsible for verifying your insurance coverage.

7. Safety & Conduct

7.1 Guide Instructions

You agree to follow all instructions from guides and staff for your safety.

7.2 Responsible Behavior

We may remove any traveler from a tour (without refund) for:

Dangerous or aggressive behavior

Illegal activities

Disregard for safety rules

Behavior affecting other travelers’ experience

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including:

Natural disasters

Political unrest

Terrorism

Strikes

Weather conditions

Epidemics or border closures

No refunds or compensation are required for force majeure disruptions.

9. Liability

AGT Group LLC is not liable for:

Personal injury, illness, death

Loss or damage to personal property

Delays or expenses from third-party providers

Acts of nature or unforeseen events

We act as an agent for hotels, transport companies, and other suppliers. Their terms apply as well.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint during the tour, notify your guide immediately so we can resolve it. Post-trip complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days after tour completion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, unless mutually agreed otherwise.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour with AGT Group LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
